Mary Jo Becker brings over 25 years of experience in developing and managing Information Systems across a variety of industries. She has held Director, Senior Management, and Database Management positions with Galileo International, Harris Semiconductor, Cap Gemini, and Storage Technology.
Currently, Mary Jo is providing consulting services to a variety of travel related security initiatives.
Prior to her current engagements, Mary Jo was the Director of Global Business Systems for Galileo International, a provider of global travel services.As director, she provided Information Systems support for Galileo?s business units and subsidiaries located around the world.In addition, Mary Jo provided technical and management support for travel related regulatory activities, mergers and acquisitions, the joint venture offshore business, and a variety of government projects.Her responsibilities ranged from business management and alignment to day-to-day systems support for a breadth of areas; Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Legal and the Executive team.
Mary Jo has extensive experience in managing large and diverse technical organizations with responsibility for complex and high-volume operations.Her international management experience, coupled with her ability to align technical strategy with the business plan, has allowed her repeated success in delivering bottom line value to the business.
Mary Jo holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
