The Queue 30 Process involves the re-issue and revalidation of ticket itineraries on Voluntary Changes in the itinerary that are performed on the desk. These PNRs are made ticket ready for the airline customer to process the same. The work includes Domestic & international itineraries - Airlines Reservations offices as well as vendors.

The Queue 30 process is an extremely critical process for any airline. It is a completely decision-driven process, involving collection of revenue for end clients; and involves huge revenue protection for the airline.
